Parecia uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o vencedora, mas como se deu na pr\u00e1tica? Quase tr\u00eas anos depois de lan\u00e7ado e com ampla oferta no mercado de usados, como o sed\u00e3 derivado do Polo se sai na opini\u00e3o dos propriet\u00e1rios? Quest\u00f5es para o <em>Guia de Compra<\/em> responder.<\/p>\n<p>O Virtus estreou com tr\u00eas vers\u00f5es: MSI, com motor aspirado de 1,6 litro e transmiss\u00e3o manual apenas; Comfortline 200 TSI e Highline 200 TSI, ambas com motor turbo de 1,0 litro combinado a uma caixa autom\u00e1tica de seis marchas. Meses depois o MSI ganhava op\u00e7\u00e3o da caixa autom\u00e1tica, surgia a oferta de sistema de \u00e1udio Beats e a vers\u00e3o Sense aparecia com foco no p\u00fablico PCD (pessoas com defici\u00eancia). Dois itens \u2014 espa\u00e7o interno e consumo de combust\u00edvel, tanto com motor 1,6 quanto com o 1,0 turbo \u2014 aparecem empatados em segundo lugar com 43%, seguidos de perto pelo desempenho com 40%. Virtus tem pot\u00eancia, motor e tecnologia equiparada e em alguns casos melhor que desses ve\u00edculos&#8221;, elogia Cleber Serigatto Carvalho, de S\u00e3o Paulo, SP, sobre o Virtus Highline TSI autom\u00e1tico 2018. &#8220;Carro perfeito, silencioso, macio, econ\u00f4mico em cidade e estrada. At\u00e9 agora superando expectativas&#8221;, acrescenta Carlos Eduardo Machado Lemos, de Ponta Grossa, PR, que tem um Virtus MSI 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perguntados sobre os pontos negativos do sed\u00e3 da Volkswagen, 38% dos donos foram taxativos: acabamento interno, com cr\u00edticas tanto aos materiais quanto a detalhes est\u00e9ticos como os trilhos dos bancos bem aparentes. Curiosamente, o mesmo consumo que 38% elogiam \u00e9 alvo de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es por 20% dos donos. Trilhos dos bancos expostos, pl\u00e1stico cinza que risca f\u00e1cil por todo lado, falta de al\u00e7as de teto, volante muito fino e sem forra\u00e7\u00e3o. C\u00e2mbio muito suave para subir de marcha, nem tanto para reduzir. Ventila\u00e7\u00e3o tem pouco isolamento t\u00e9rmico do motor, ent\u00e3o em 15 minutos de viagem voc\u00ea vai ter ar quente querendo ou n\u00e3o&#8221;. O leitor Rodrigo, de Goi\u00e2nia, GO, tem um Virtus 2020 da mesma vers\u00e3o e lamenta: &#8220;O pior c\u00e2mbio autom\u00e1tico, trocas sem precis\u00e3o, sempre em redu\u00e7\u00e3o para dar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de pot\u00eancia e barulhento. Consumo p\u00e9ssimo&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Apesar do volume de elogios bem superior ao de cr\u00edticas, o \u00edndice de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com o Virtus decepciona: apenas 35% dos donos dizem-se muito satisfeitos com o carro<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O acabamento volta a aparecer como aspecto negativo na rela\u00e7\u00e3o de defeitos apresentados pelo Virtus: 30% dos participantes apontam ru\u00eddos internos e outros 8% relatam ru\u00eddos de vento. Em 23% dos carros, os freios apresentaram ru\u00eddos anormais como chiados e estalos. Registraram-se ainda 8% de cita\u00e7\u00f5es a ru\u00eddos na suspens\u00e3o dianteira e o mesmo percentual de problemas no sistema de arrefecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ricardo Tassio, de Bras\u00edlia, DF, comenta sobre o Virtus Highline TSI autom\u00e1tico 2018: &#8220;Muita chatea\u00e7\u00e3o com barulhos no acabamento. Barulho no bot\u00e3o do freio de m\u00e3o, nas sa\u00eddas do ar, no porta-malas atr\u00e1s do banco. As pastilhas de freio fazem barulho tipo \u00f4nibus urbano ao parar. O carro trepida quando pisa no freio. Suspens\u00e3o dianteira fazendo barulho e batendo seco&#8221;.
