O 309 dava lugar em 1994 a um hatch &#8220;leg\u00edtimo&#8221; da Peugeot, o <a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/informe-se\/passado\/historia-peugeot-306-um-frances-nascido-entre-os-ferraris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Peugeot 306, um franc\u00eas nascido entre os Ferraris\">306<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com perfil baixo e esportivo, belo desenho do est\u00fadio <a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/tag\/pininfarina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pininfarina<\/a> e numerosas varia\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 sed\u00e3, perua, convers\u00edvel \u2014, o 306 foi um grande sucesso: mais de 2,8 milh\u00f5es de unidades ganharam as ruas at\u00e9 2002. Se o compacto <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.uol.com.br\/bestcars\/cpassado3\/peugeot-206-1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">206<\/a> havia surpreendido em 1998 com a nova filosofia de estilo da marca, o modelo m\u00e9dio apenas a aplicava a um formato maior, com semelhan\u00e7as dos far\u00f3is alongados \u00e0s largas colunas traseiras. Chamava aten\u00e7\u00e3o a altura total de 1,51 metro, nada menos que 15 cm a mais que no 306. O comprimento crescia 17 cm. A dire\u00e7\u00e3o tinha assist\u00eancia <a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/glossario-e\/#elet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eletro-hidr\u00e1ulica<\/a>, em que um motor el\u00e9trico movimenta a bomba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>No convers\u00edvel 307 CC (Coup\u00e9 Cabriolet), que chegava em 2003 para suceder ao 306 Cabriolet, um mecanismo guardava o teto r\u00edgido sob a tampa do porta-malas<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O 307 oferecia motores a gasolina de 1,4 litro (pot\u00eancia de 75 ou 90 cv), 1,6 litro (110 cv) e 2,0 litros (138 cv) e turbodiesel de 1,4 (70 cv), 1,6 (90 ou 110 cv) e 2,0 litros (90 ou 136 cv), com op\u00e7\u00e3o de transmiss\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de quatro marchas pouco depois. Freios a disco em todas as rodas eram de s\u00e9rie e as bolsas infl\u00e1veis inclu\u00edam frontais, laterais dianteiras e de cortina. Logo ap\u00f3s vinha o <a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/glossario-c\/#esp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">controle eletr\u00f4nico de estabilidade<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A linha ganhava duas vers\u00f5es perua em 2002 para o lugar da estranha 306 Break. A 307 Break tinha cinco lugares comuns, enquanto a 307 SW adotava bancos traseiros individuais ajust\u00e1veis em dist\u00e2ncia do assento e inclina\u00e7\u00e3o do encosto. O central podia ser rebatido ou retirado e havia op\u00e7\u00e3o por mais dois assentos, do modo a transportar sete pessoas. A SW distinguia-se tamb\u00e9m pela ampla \u00e1rea envidra\u00e7ada no teto. Meses depois \u2014 em abril \u2014 a frente era reestilizada seguindo o modelo europeu, o motor 2,0 ganhava pot\u00eancia (de 138 para 143 cv) e o 1,6 tornava-se flex\u00edvel em combust\u00edvel, agora com 113 cv com \u00e1lcool. A SW e o CC vinham da Europa em seguida com o mesmo visual dianteiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fam\u00edlia 307 crescia ainda mais em agosto de 2006 com o sed\u00e3, tamb\u00e9m argentino. Os mercados sul-americanos eram os primeiros a t\u00ea-lo com o novo desenho frontal, antes dos chineses.
