Ragassi e Fabr\u00edcio Samah\u00e1 &#8211; Fotos: divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 a reabertura do mercado nacional aos carros importados, em 1990, os brasileiros conheciam picapes de dois tamanhos: pequeno, as derivadas de autom\u00f3veis com estrutura <a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/glossario-m\/#mono\" target=\"_blank\">monobloco<\/a> (na \u00e9poca, Chevrolet Chevy 500, Fiat Fiorino, Ford Pampa e Volkswagen Saveiro), e grande, as de padr\u00e3o norte-americano com carroceria sobre chassi (ent\u00e3o, Chevrolet S\u00e9rie 10\/20 e Ford F-1000). Foi com marcas japonesas como Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan e Toyota, seguidas por Chevrolet S-10 e Ford Ranger, que conhecemos as picapes de m\u00e9dio porte, tamb\u00e9m com chassi separado.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de 25 anos, o tradicional tamanho grande est\u00e1 quase extinto por aqui (restou apenas a Ram 2500) e as picapes m\u00e9dias cresceram para ocupar seu espa\u00e7o, o que abriu lugar para um segmento intermedi\u00e1rio. dali em diante mede 36 cm a mais em comprimento<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Primeira picape da marca no Brasil, embora n\u00e3o em \u00e2mbito mundial (<em>veja quadro abaixo<\/em>), a Oroch chega ao mercado em duas vers\u00f5es de acabamento, Expression e Dynamique (<a href=\"https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/informe-se\/avaliacao\/teste-renault-duster-oroch-chega-um-passo-a-frente-das-pequenas\/2\/\">veja os equipamentos e pre\u00e7os<\/a>), e com dois motores j\u00e1 conhecidos do Duster, associados por enquanto a c\u00e2mbios manuais e tra\u00e7\u00e3o dianteira. As op\u00e7\u00f5es de caixa autom\u00e1tica e tra\u00e7\u00e3o nas quatro rodas est\u00e3o nos planos para uma segunda fase, talvez no pr\u00f3ximo ano. Motor a diesel, previsto para a Toro, n\u00e3o deve vir: implicaria aumentar a capacidade de carga em 50% para pelo menos 1.000 kg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A Renault foi al\u00e9m e adotou suspens\u00e3o traseira independente multibra\u00e7o em toda a linha: a Oroch \u00e9 a primeira picape nacional com tal solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tanto pelo tamanho quanto pela faixa de pre\u00e7o, a picape da Renault ocupar\u00e1 um espa\u00e7o pouco acima das pequenas Fiat Strada e VW Saveiro \u2014 as \u00fanicas da classe com op\u00e7\u00e3o de cabine dupla, com tr\u00eas portas na primeira e apenas duas na segunda \u2014, mas bem abaixo de m\u00e9dias como Chevrolet S10 e Toyota Hilux (<em>veja tabela comparativa abaixo<\/em>). Comparada ao SUV de que se originou, a Oroch mede 36 cent\u00edmetros a mais em comprimento (4,69 metros) e 15 cm a mais na dist\u00e2ncia entre eixos (2,83 m). A capacidade volum\u00e9trica da ca\u00e7amba (683 litros) e a carga \u00fatil (650 kg) s\u00e3o similares \u00e0s da Strada.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia por tr\u00e1s da Oroch parece simples: retira-se a parte traseira da carroceria do Duster, substitu\u00edda por uma ca\u00e7amba, e aumenta-se a dist\u00e2ncia entre eixos para ampliar o espa\u00e7o para carga. Mas a Renault foi al\u00e9m, tomando medidas como a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de suspens\u00e3o traseira independente multibra\u00e7o em toda a linha \u2014 no SUV, apenas a vers\u00e3o 4WD tem esse conceito no lugar do eixo de tor\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014, o que faz dela a primeira picape nacional com tal solu\u00e7\u00e3o. Assoalho e parte traseira da cabine receberam refor\u00e7os estruturais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos do modelo de origem e os pneus de igual medida s\u00e3o mais refor\u00e7ados, segundo a f\u00e1brica. Os para-lamas traseiros largos terminam em lanternas in\u00e9ditas. A tampa da ca\u00e7amba, que suporta at\u00e9 80 kg quando aberta, \u00e9 trancada por chave e n\u00e3o traz a placa de licen\u00e7a, o que permite instalar um extensor em 60 cm oferecido como acess\u00f3rio. Encosto de cabe\u00e7a e cinto de tr\u00eas pontos tamb\u00e9m para o passageiro central (o segundo item n\u00e3o equipa o pr\u00f3prio Duster) e amplas portas com vidros descendentes com controles el\u00e9tricos diferenciam a picape Renault das pequenas de cabine dupla.<\/p>\n<p>Os motores de 1,6 e 2,0 litros trazem as revis\u00f5es lan\u00e7adas no Duster 2016, que favoreceram o torque em baixa rota\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentaram a pot\u00eancia do segundo. Os c\u00e2mbios manuais, de cinco marchas para o 1,6 e de seis marchas no 2,0, tamb\u00e9m vieram do utilit\u00e1rio esporte. No cinco-marchas, quarta e quinta est\u00e3o mais curtas (8% no caso desta \u00faltima) e o diferencial \u00e9 o mesmo, enquanto no seis-marchas as rela\u00e7\u00f5es repetem as do Duster de tra\u00e7\u00e3o dianteira, mas com diferencial encurtado em 7,5%, o que afeta todas elas. \u00c0 velocidade de 120 km\/h na \u00faltima marcha, o motor 1,6 gira a 3.750 rpm, e o 2,0-litros, a 3.150 rpm (calculadas).<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a href='https:\/\/autolivraria.com.br\/bc\/informe-se\/avaliacao\/teste-renault-duster-oroch-chega-um-passo-a-frente-das-pequenas\/2\/' class='small-button smallsilver'>Pr\u00f3xima parte<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class='et-box et-shadow'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><h2>Um degrau acima<\/h2>\n<p>De um lado, as picapes pequenas que oferecem cabine dupla; de outro, duas representantes do segmento de m\u00e9dias; no centro, a Duster Oroch, que vem se colocar como op\u00e7\u00e3o intermedi\u00e1ria. Em termos de espa\u00e7o interno a picape ficou bem interessante: ampla, oferece boa acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o para as pernas no banco traseiro e espa\u00e7o vertical maior que nos modelos pequenos. O motorista acomoda-se bem e o painel tem correta visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos instrumentos, mas a tela do sistema multim\u00eddia fica muito baixa, inconveniente j\u00e1 conhecido. O acabamento simples, apesar dos bancos de couro opcionais, tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o causa surpresa a quem j\u00e1 conhece o Duster.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bem mais \u00e1gil \u00e9 a Oroch de 2,0 litros, parecida com o Duster, com acelera\u00e7\u00f5es e retomadas convincentes, apesar do peso adicional ao do SUV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Em desempenho, a vers\u00e3o 1,6 parece um tanto pesada ao sair, desenvolve velocidade de maneira lenta e perde f\u00f4lego quando enfrenta uma subida. \u00c9 pouco motor para 1,3 tonelada (vazia) ou quase duas quando carregada, sendo a picape 90 kg mais pesada que o Duster de mesmo motor. O resultado \u00e9 precisar-se recorrer com frequ\u00eancia a altas rota\u00e7\u00f5es, nas quais o n\u00edvel de ru\u00eddo se torna inc\u00f4modo.
